A clear ticket path

From new ticket to ready quantity

Kitchen display systems give the team a shared view of what is waiting, what is being prepared and what is ready to leave the station.

  1. 01

    Route by station

Menu items are assigned to preparation stations. Sent orders appear in the queues for those stations.

  2. 02

    Start preparation

Kitchen staff move a ticket or item from new to preparing when work begins.

  3. 03

    Update ready quantities

Mark all or part of an item ready. The queue keeps the remaining quantity visible.

  4. 04

    Acknowledge changes

Review an amendment or cancellation shown on a ticket before taking the next kitchen action.

Station by station

Send each item to its preparation station

Orders are split into kitchen tickets according to the stations assigned to their menu items. Filter the queue to the stations assigned to a staff member, or review all assigned stations together.

Keep the details with the ticket

A restaurant kitchen display system keeps service context beside each item, so the kitchen can check what to prepare and where it belongs.

Item-level progress

Mark what is ready, including part of an order

Staff can start an item, mark the full quantity ready or record a partial ready quantity. The remaining amount stays visible until preparation is complete.
